My IMEI no is 352784054103490 of HTC Desire 816 , i sumbited my device on 23rd of September 2014 at S.G.Infotech HTC Service center with ticket number 14INA390004609 , but even after 63 days still i not received my Device , till now i called more then 30 times to Customer Care , Service center but every time i get false commitment, they told mi u get your device on 30 oct , 07th Nov , 14th Nov , 22nd Nov and 27th Nov . but every time i get negative Response . even after two months they said parts not available with HTC. they told me we arrange 50% discount for you because of long delay and we assure this 27th Nov we assured you get your deice , i am attached the communication from customer service for your reference. Kindly look into this

From last two months i am without phone and already losed my mental peace because of this , every alternate date i need to call HTC and get the status . I am Mentally and Disturb.
