I have brought phone HTC Desire 820 on 7th Dec 2014. With in 3 days of purchase, I found that phone is getting heat up, getting freezed and not giving promised battery back up. I have submitted the phone with HTC service centre at the Ansal Plaza service cent, New Delhi (TVS Electronics Ltd.) and also logged a complain with customer care, however they are giving lame excuses and not accepting the defect in the handheld.

Phone is getting heat up upto 65 degrees, which is very dangerous and the phone can get explode even. Usually the phone temperature should not exceed 40 degrees, however customer care center tells that if phone is getting heat upto 65 degrees it is normal. In addition to above regarding freezing and battery problem, customer care suggesting to limit my usage, instead accepting the defect in phone, how can they say that I am using phone more, when I am again and again mentioning that I am using the phone not more than 3 hrs in entire day and on every usage it gets heat up and then batter dies
