I booked to send my household items from Delhi to Faizabad through them. They promised to deliver it within 3-4 days for a charge of 8500 Rs including tax. They picked it up on 30th November 2014 from my house in Delhi and kept it delaying by giving false reasons. After repeated calls and queries they finally delivered it on 12th December 2014 and that too without arranging for door delivery for which they have charged me. Also 3 of my items were damaged. When I complained about that, they said they will send some representative to assess the damage and refund the amount of damage but didn’t do so.

3 Items were damaged which include a 14” T.V., a quartz heater and a dish antenna.
