HTC Desire 826 – Professional Review

I’m one of the happiest customer of your billions of user. Do you know why I’m happy? Cause I bought HTC desire 826 in the month of May 2015. From the third month from the date I purchased it I got into trouble. First time I expereinced over heating of the mobile in the third month. In the very next week front cam is not working(On camera option the front cam option is disabled), I can see only the Rear cam and panorama mode. In the fifth month, the charger cable got damaged; on the same month headphone socket got trouble while I’m connecting my headphone I was not able to hear but If I adjust it by shaking its work but I should patiently maintin without shaking it. Now the headphone right side is compeletely gone and also the heaphone mic was not working since the socket got trouble. Hope now you come to know why I’m happy with HTC. I contacted one of your customer support person in your website, he recommend to visit nearest HTC service center since I have the warranty. While I’m contacting those Service center they simply deny while I’m telling I still have the warranty. Since I bought this phone in May 2015, within this short time the mobile as well as its accessories are also not working properly. Do you want me to service this completly damaged phone and need to use the same after the service? I spent 26,000 INR and bought this phone and now I’m with the complete damaged phone on hand, kindly recommend whether I want to service this phone or throw away this shit phone HTC. If you guys really concerned or doing a customer centric service, Please give a resolution for the problem which I’m facing. But it should be other than approaching your service center, cause I’m using the bundle of damaged device. Thanks for distributing such kind of money wasting mobiles into the market.
