I have purchased a new HTC desire dual SIM on 23 Feb but from the day 1 I m facing some cell broadcast issues and I contact to HTC care but they told that is the problm with my service provider after that I had contact with my service provider airtel n they activated Dnd service but that problem was not resolved and they confirmed me that this is fault with my handset actuly I m getting some location type messages even abt 500 messages per day these are non tolerable but HTC didn’t care for this problm anyway I had put complaint in HTC 6 times or more n abt 10 telephonic conversation but no solution from their side ..even my handset is in warranty still they are not resolving my problem. I m totally frustrated with this ..but they don’t care for their precious customers .. kindly look at my problem and do some solution as soon as possible because I don’t have enough money to buy a new handset even this handset is not useful to me

I had my handset in warranty if this problem will not resolved then I want to replace my handset.cecasue they don’t have any alternate for this problm
