I had purchased a new Panasonioc Plasma Panel 42PV80 from M/S Unique Enterprises, D-79, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 on 28 Dec 2008. It was under warranty for one year. The plasma Panel became defective on 02 May 2009 complaint for which was lodged with Unique Enterprises who directed Alpha Radio, C-5, Sector 10 Noida to repair under warranty. The Panel never worked there after. A complaint was lodged with District consumer Redressal Forum who after careful examination of the case gave verdict dated 04 Aug 2010 in my favor and asked the supplier to return cost with interest and also asked Alpha Radio Panasonic to pay me Rs 10000 each. Alpha Radio and Unique enterprises went in an appeal against the order of District Forum vide No 260 dated 2011 to State Consumer Forum, Lucknow. The case is held up there. There has been no hearing for the past 3 years

I want State Consumer forum to decide the case URGENTLY since it is pending for over 5 years
