I am thoroughly disappointed with the performance of HTC Desire 826 dual sim & the poor response from HTC. I purchase this phone on 13th July 2015. In 18 Aug 2015 the ‘Touch panel function was not working properly’ they ‘Replaced LCM (LCD)’ under warranty. Again on 13th Sept 2015, it came up with another issue that is ‘Front camera malfunction’. I again gave my cell to HTC Service center at Kurla on 15th sept 2015 and requested them to replace my cell & give but HTC is refusing to replace the cell and now its 12days but no action taken from them.Because of such a bad service and so much of malfunction in 2months of purchase, i want my money back(Rs.24,200/- this cell don’t worth it so much money) and don’t want this cell.Keep your cell phone with you an keep on repairing every month. This is the 1st time i purchase this brand phone and i will never ever recommend anyone to buy HTC brand phones.And am fedup of this cell in 2months. My complaint Ticket No. is 15ina380038233.
