Refer letter No. NEWBNK31 82015NP12302 dated 02nd September, 2015. The final ICICI Bank home loan documents were to be collected by myself on or before 27th September, 2015. But, the documents were sent back two days back (18th september, 2015). I feel harassed and wish to file a complaint for this non-professional attitude.
