Dear Team, I have purchased this phone HTC desire 816 on 11th July 2014 Rs-27000/- with insurance and after that i went to out of delhi there i noticed that side button of that phone not working and then i send my brother to service center there they said it will take 10-15 days to get it repair then on 2nd September. I submit my phone there but till today 19-9-2014 phone has not got repair and i got a mail saying that your phone is ready on 16th sept so i sent my brother and there they guys don not have manner they used abusive words to my mother as well as brother and also i am following up but they do not give proper response neither give commitment to deliver it on any day.Please help me.I need my phone because not able to check mail and anything and they are giving me substitute or any other phone.

I want my phone within 3 days means on Monday 22nd September or any substitute as on urgent basis
