Tatadocomo.com Online ReCharge Failed – No Refund

I was recharging a tata docomo number (7737403768) through online process from official website of tata docomo (www.tatadocomo.com) on 21 July 2014 by Axis Bank of Rs. 110/-. But Recharge got failed and I received a message “Your amount will refund in 5 days”. But I could not receive my amount. I communicate with Tata Representative may times by email (1 Aug & 3 Aug 2014) and chat (30 Aug & 5 Sept 2014). But they could not gave me satisfied solution. Then I contacted to higher authority (5 sept & 10 Sept 2014)but till date I didn’t received reply from them also. Tata Representatives told me to contact to Axis bank. Axis Bank authorities told me to contact to Tata Docomo itself because we are third party. Tata docomo authorities is not responding me and even not refunding my amount. Please help and provide me appropraite solution.
