I had given my new HTC desire 816 for repair on 12-aug-14 at universal telecom and traders, gurgaon. Today even after more than 6weeks elapsed I have no clue when my phone will be back in my hands. Neither there was any communication from HTC nor from the service center. Even when called on customer care they initially told the part is not available, its yet to come from Taiwan.

I want the refund for the phone amount (around 23K INR) which I purchased thinking that I would be able to use it, but turns out that phone had spent more time with service center than in my hands.
