I bought a mobile HTC Desire 500 on 08/04/2014 vide serial no HTC3CPWE01556 Amount of rs 16888 /-. after four months mobile became hang any time in a day and vibrator was not properly working, thereafter i went to HTC service centre Janakpuri new delhi and submitted my mobile. they have returned my mobile after four days and repaired my vibratory problem and said its software has been updated so that no problem will be raised next time. but after few days mobile became hanging any time during calling/ charging. I again visited the service centre Janakpuri to solve my problem but they have suggested to check the problem to kamla nagar centre as the centre is own servicing centre. Further, another problem raised in my mobile, its audio speaker became dead and mobile was hanging again. i went to kamla nagar service centre on 29/10/2014 and report my problem after that they have changed the motherboard of mobile after spending of time more than 15 days. i received my mobile on 17/11/2014 and within one week the same problem again raised. i again visited on 24/11/2014 to said centre and requested to change my mobile as the same problem is repeated again.
i want to say that if a consumer buys a mobile phone and and company gives warranty of one year of its products. in the meantime the phone contains major issues and could not be rectify during the 4 months they who will be responsible for this. after spending of 8 months the same problem will raised again then the customer can suffers financial and physical problems. i want to another mobile phone against above as the same could not be solved.
