I have purchase the HTC Desire X DS Black as on 9th- May-2014 by online(Ebay.com). On 27-July-2014 i have faced problem that touch panel not working, sensor not working of the mobile so i have submitted the local customer care center in Agra on 2-Aug-2015 and the give me one week time for rearing now till today the doesn’t give my mobile and speak to HTC also and HTC’s company floor supervisor Mr. Pawan told me that HTC not provide the date on which my phone returning me, may be it takes one more week or may be 1 MONTH more. I have sent already many mail and mobile call to HTC but the don’t give me a satisfaction reply to me. Note- The mobile is in under guarantee period.
