My friend sold this phone to me, which he purchased on 27th May 2014. On 4th August display gone blank (black screen), however it was still in function. I submitted the phone to this service center for repair and received it on 12th August after repair. However, the repair is not up to the mark, there are still glue at bottom, and major issue is rear camera lens is not in place, so there is issue in picture quality. We bought this phone at 47000. If there is display issue, why they touch the camera lens. I am not happy with the service. I need replacement phone instead. I have tried to contact HTC support center but no luck (both chat & phone), for email support they need previous incident number which I don’t have, there is no option to create new support question at HTC web site.
After repair there is dirt marks of glue at bottom, rear camera lens is disturb and not in place.
