HTC E9+ Repairs – Customer Care Review

HTC needs 3 months repair the device and probably another 2 months to return the device beware!!! I gave HTC E9+ for service in Bangalore TVSE Service center on 28th September 2015, the device screen needs to be replaced since I broke it accidentally.

The IMEI number 357709062801977 & case number 15INA400043886; I called up HTC Support and Chat support get details after 15 days of device submission in HTC service Center. I heard it will be ready soon answer for almost one month and then I was frustrated asked the case to be escalated and still the device repair took another 2 months and still going on… The chat support folks just disconnect me if they see my name / id… atleast I would get disconnected 20 times!!! still no one calls me back or anything like that. After so much of struggle and fights with the escalation team the device is repaired; but I’m unable to collect the device since the service center in TVSE in Bangalore Basavanagudi is closed most of the times & today when customer survey team called me up they informed the service center will be closed for next 3-4 days. How should I collect the device? There is no way to reach the service center no phone number or the number provided is not working since no one picks up. If we visit the service center it takes 3-4 hours to get to a person!!!!!!!!!!! HTC should apologies for the wrong commitment provided and also for the mental torture to its customer and also for time wastage of its customers because their inability to function properly. I’ll start a negative campaign against HTC all over the place so that no one suffers like me. Still awaiting my device I’m cheated from HTC
