Bought HTC one(M7) phone from w8retail on 28th December,2013. Cost of Phone is 31,390 Rs. Received the same on 1st January,2014. The Phone’s charging port malfunctioned on the 27th of January, under warranty. I immediately contacted the seller regarding repair. They asked me to take the phone for repair to HTC service center but they could not repair it. After this they asked me to send the phone to them for repair. I did so on Feb 10, 2014. After that every time I ask for details about the repair, the seller would make some excuse about absence of technicians and so on. They stopped answering my calls after Mar 4. And stopped answering my emails after April 9. I had asked them to return my product a lot of times but they haven’t done that yet and have kept it with themselves. They are not replying to any mails or any calls from my phone number or my friends phone number.
Relief wanted is double the amount of the cost of the phone. Amounting to 62,780 Rs. This is because I paid for the phone and yet havent been using it for 3 months. I think this is the least compensation I can ask for.
