actually i received faulty mobile model and HTC also gave me letter for replacement .But now i dont want this handset replacement i want refund but shopkeeper is only giving replacement but no refund.i buyed mobile on 25 April and i got approved letter from HTC on 30 may so i am in valid period to get refund.I dont want HTC desire 500 as there in service centre i saw many people with same problem so i dont want some handset again.I also suggest i will buy other mobile with high price but they said they will deduct vat charges but that is unffair since i paid once vat charges why should i pay gain ,its better to get refund
Since i saw many people came with same problem with this mobile ,i don’t want this handset i just want refund
