ORDER NO: OD40212032213 I had Placed the order on 12th Feb 2014 and the belle was delivered on 14th Feb 2014. However due to large size I wanted to return the shoe with monetary refund from Flipkart. Considering the above details. I am at a complete loss as to why I am being harassed by flipkart executives. Till date I have made around 20 phone calls regarding this only to be left hanging by some excuse or the other. I made a phone call today (18.03.2014) at about 10.15 am only to be told to provide a scanned copy of my Bank statement to assess whether the payment has been made as the same has been processed by Flipkart. What I fail to understand as to why I have to produce confidential documents to check whether I have received payment or not. I will be immediately notified by sms if any amount has been credited to my Bank account. It is stupid for Flipkart to suggest that it does not have any method to track whether it has credited money to a customer’s account or not.
