Dear Sir, i Buy a New Phone of Micromax Model No- Bolt A61, Date on 15-03-2014 at Rs 5000, After 1 Month My Cell phone was not working properly & I submitted the same to Micromax Service center ( S.R. Communication , Govindpuri ,New Delhi )date on 15-04-2014 & they assured me that they will repair & return the same to me within 2 days but till today i didnot receive my cell phone & i am not getting proper response from service provider & service centre also . I request you please help me on this issue & take a necessary action Such kind of Fraud brand ( Maicomax)

Sir i request you Please help me on this issue & fine to service provider for selling out of such kind of Fraud or useless cell phone .
