My mobile phone HTC 816 touch screen not working properly.So I have handed over the handset toTVSE Electronics Ltd, SCO-104, First Floor, Sector 47C, Chandigarh( service center of HTC) 13-02-15 for repair. Till today the handset has not yet repaired. After inquiring for several times, the service center personnel replied that due to non availability of spares it could not be repaired and required more time. I am very much fed up with the service of HTC. Now I’m in confusion that why I’ve spend Rs 24500/- for buying this phone. Repair ticket no. 15INA070014335
