After so much hassles, I got the replacement of my faulty HTC Desire 820 handset today. Immediately I noticed that charger connector and head phone jack is extremely loose. More over call sound quality of phone is very poor. These are very basic things that needs to be ensured at company’s end , however HTC is not delivering any value of money to customer, they are offering really poor quality. I also wasted my whole day for running from customer service centre to dealer, for which they do not have any value.

I spent Rs 25000 thinking that I am buying a good phone from an known company, however its for the second time I got such a poor quality handset that on very first day I found faults in the handset.
