DTDC Package lost and no response fron service provider. I had courier gift at Mayor vihar address on 4th September 2014 but they did not provided any status or delivery confirmation about the package. After sending them several email I did not get any fruitful response. Kindly help me to get that package back or refund the money, as according to them this package is lost so I want my money with courier charges.

I want my money or product back with courier amount.
