Hi, Myself Hemant Kumar Shukla has been using the data services of MTS dongle MTS No.9143876443 data since April’14 till October ’14. Thereafter a disconnection request was given at Abhinav Retail Enterprise 1st Floor South City Mall,Kolkata – 68. I checked for my outstanding i was informed Rs 1030 till date usage as on 17th October’14 the same was paid at above mentioned point and requested for disconnection of services. I was informed the connection will be stopped within 48 hrs. Post which i have received two bills and the connection has been stopped and again restarted. @ Namaste. Bill of Rs.158 dd 01-11-14 for your MTS No.9143876443 is due on 18-11-14. Pay on time to avoid late fee.To Pay instantly login into www.mtsindia.in @ Your MTS Bill for Rs.377 towards 9143876443 has been generated and dispatched. Due date to make the bill payment is 18/12/14 Why?

2 bills amounting to rupees 158 & 377. Rude behavior and harassment since last 2 months.
