Honda Motors – Test ride bike met accident not replacing

I purchased the Honda CBR 250R bike from Pratik Honda Showroom, Vashi on 12.05.2014. I gave my for 2nd Servicing at service center on 12.11.2014. But during the servicing at the time of test ride my bike met an accident by Service center men.I gave the request for the replacement of bike with new one.But there is no reply from Honda company even passing the more than one month time. The same is the case with service center also. After calling no of times service center just gave reply for repair of bike which I didn’t accept. Even till date there is no clear reply that they can replace the bike with new one or not?

After the incident I asked for replacement of bike with new one. I also asked them if that is not possible then keep the bike at there end only and give me the value of bike Rs.1,50,000/- as my bike was only 6 months old and only 1000km running bike. But as of now they didn’t paid any heed to my complaint and didn’t reply I don’t want to keep any further relation with Honda company and Pratik Honda service center. I want back my original value of bike which I paid for the purchase of bike Rs.1,76,370/- with the interest from 12.11.2014.
