HTC Mobile – Phone Repairs & Worst Ever Customer Care

I had purchased HTC One phone in June 2013. After 3 Months phone started having problems with Camera, Battery, Wifi etc. I had submitted my phone on 25th September 2013. Initially they told me it will 10 Working days for the phone. I had asked the Service Centre to give me a spare phone till that time but they rejected the request. When i contacted HTC after 10 working Days they tell me i will get the phone by 08th October which i didn’t get. When i tried calling them on 8th Oct for my phone. They said it will be given by 10 or 11th October 2013. Again when i called them up they said the parts were not available and they will give the phone by 18th Oct which i refused. When i told them i need my phone before that they gave me todays date but today again i get a message that my phone will be handed over to me tomorrow as it is just sent today to service centre by courier. I have sent lots of emails to HTC but have got revert only on 2 emails. When i asked them that i need to speak to their seniors they straight away say NO. we will not transfer to seniors as we are answering you. I also gave them an option of going and collecting the phone myself today from their service centre. Still he said. All and all it has been the worst ever customer service i have come across.

If they give me the phone, well and good and if they don’t then i will receive the phone tomorrow but still want this complaint to be posted. I either need a refund or complete new phone.
