My online transaction failed twice while renewing the existing two wheeler policy but money not refunded by reliance general insurance company.

743 Rs/- deducted twice that means total 1486 Rs/- deducted. Because of this uncertainty i could not renew my policy and wasted my several manhours just following up with reliance customer care, still resulting in nothing.

my money for failed transaction to be refunded immediately with a compensation.
