HTC Mobile Problems

I had bought a HTC black Explorer A-310E in 10-jul-12. My device IMEI no is – 359918040094278 ,serial no is – SH26JVN00624. MY escalation number from the company is C2013005277201. In january 2013 i had faced a problem of loss of charging to which i had given to the customer service center in vishakapatnam. The phone was given to unrepaired and i had to give the mobile for another 3 times as the service center would falsely tell me that it is repaired.On 29-march-13 they had send my mobile to the main service center and asked me to 15 days time to resolve the issue.On may 2 2013 .I had got an email that my Handset would be 1 on 1 be replaced with a new one and till now nothing has been done.I have been with constant telephonic and mail conversation with the company on this regard but they are simply delaying and asking for more time and telling me that they are not able to make arrangements for the mobile. the mobile is in warranty period. pls help me with the same.

I want the company to provide me my phone htc explorer as soon as possible and extend my warranty period for another year due to the consequences i have gone through. or else the company provide me their top phone model of my choice within 1 day. and the warranty of 2 years.
