Tata Photon / DoCoMo Data Card Problems – Unfair Billing

I had the tata indicom data card connection 9243266880.I had lot of trouble with the connection since June 2012.All the while i was paying for no service.Finally being fed up with the problem i complained to TATA Docomo during december. They sent a technician to my house and after checking technically i was informed that they had network connectivity issues in their tower and which they were not willing to rectify. And they follow it up with their call center calls and close the complaints unilaterally inspite of informing them that the issue is unresolved. Now, i am not willing to pay for the services which i have not used and i am asked to pay an outstanding of 2987 Rs else they would initiate a legal action. On 20th of may i also received a call from them by the number +919891960325 and their staff used filthy language which is not acceptable. I request the authority to stop these companies especially like TATA taking customer for granted with their poor service. As a customer i am not willing to pay for their technical drawbacks. Or they should have informed me that they have a technical issue with their network in my area. The legal course of action threatened by TATA Docomo is unfair and i definitely request the authorities to look into this issue.

I want these companies to be honest in their service and adhere to their commitments. There could be thousands of consumers who are cheated and who don’t know where to complain.Please initiate action against these companies who do not deliver what they promise. Also they close the customer complaints on their own inspite of not resolving the issue. I shall not pay the outstanding of 2987 INR against their poor service.
