I had purchased HTC 8X about 2 month ago. on 5th march 2013, phone was not getting on I gave it to HTC service centre to get the warranty replacement done, After 4 days service centre called me & told estimate is 16000/- Rs, my phone was in good condition with all the warranty seals, as mentioned in the receipt provided by HTC service centre, but the company is not considering warranty, for unknown reasons, this company has a history of such acts in india so kindly give me justice

Replacement by a new phone, or refund of my hard earned money.
