LIC Surrender of Policy

I had a market plus policy for a tenure of 5 years, Iam not able to surrender my policy and get back the money, it is because of the change in rules and regulations of the policy. but as a consumer, I was not informed about the changes in the rules which took place around the fourth year of my policy due to which I was not able to withdraw the money in time.I have complainted to the chief manager and he replied he cannot do anything on this behalf, after that I complainted to the consumer relations manager but its about a month and I have not recieved any reply.I need justice. What should I do now?
