It’s about mobile repairing service under warranty, i have submitted my device first time on 2nd jan and after 20 days they give me without repairing. After that i have submit 2nd time on 28 jan and they says that parts are not available please wait from last 27 days no any positive response. My device is HTC 816g and we can get info about that status by 9998990995 this mobile num and get info. So pleas i want help that they give me some positive response. I want that if they cannot repair then give me new piece or give me my money back but its not fair that after giving money i can’t use my mobile.
