I brought the mobile on 20/12/14. it worked properly for 2 months. On 18/02/15 it got struck, and it didn’t started again. i visited the service centre of MOTOROLA in Hubli. They suggested to take a backup of my mobile data, so that they format and give it back after repairing. But the problem is i was not having anything at that moment to backup. so i submitted that directly. They said that they will return the mobile on 23/02/15. but that didn’t happened. When i called back on 26/02/15 They said that they require some 10 days. i am not using any mobile from 18/02/15. though i brought that, i am unable to use its services!

i want my compensation for not using my mobile for 10 days and my data which i am going to lose.
