I have Salary account with Citibank and bank executive explained me investment plan of Bajaj Allianz and I agreed to take this. I availed the plan in January 2014 and premium is Rs1500/month.I got my original policy bond on 1 January,2015 and as per the clause 13 in policy bond I can cancel it within 15 days of receiving the original document. So I sent the cancellation request along with the original policy bond to their chennai office and request had been received on 12th January 2015. but after so many followups and now bajaj allianz is denying to cancel my policy. Kindly help.

The Policy which I received is totally different to which was explained. Executive explained it as an investment plan and what I received is Insurance policy. So it is totally unsatisfied to me. Kindly help

I want to get my whole amount of premium paid to bajaj allianz till date which is Rs.21000 back with interest.
