My Mother was updated the passbook through Maharaj Ganj branch-2192(Farenda Road) When she saw the passbook detail, My mother was surprised her account was fake withdrawal 10000/- on dated 24/02/2015 through ATM. My Mother was not disclose the PIN and ATM so how could do that anyone. . Kindly help me on this. Bank only provide the detail of transaction and not provide any resolution.

I want return back my money in my account and also assurance for safe and secure money in my account. I want Allahabad bank ombudsman to intervene and give the amount back as soon as possible.
