As per BSNL Broadband plan the speed should be 4 MBPS but the downloading speed is not more than 50 KBPS. I am paying BSNL regularly. since this issue is happening regularly. I unable to watch online channels subscribed to Dish TV due to low speed. as well as unable to download contains speedily. I am suffering from economical damage.

I demand a Fine on BSNL of Rs. 10000 so that they will get some sense of what is customer care and responsibility.
