My Ticket No. is 15INA210022428. The reason I had given my phone was to get it repaired as the phone was not working properly. After several phone calls, your amazing service center employees were able to tell me that the phone had – ” Camera problem(pink effect), hanging issue, mic problem, music speaker problem and Slow charging ” . And this was done on 23rd MAY. 2015. I have spoken to at least 15 customer service reps on various dates since then. And you would be surprised to know that I get a different answer every time I call. After few days, when I called again, they said that the Replacement is in under process and the replacement approval is approved on 28th. MAY. 2015. They should have not been able to give me an expected date for the delivery of the phone.
No one gives me a straight answer when will I get my phone. I being without a phone almost for a month now and all this has happened because of your incompetency. And trust me, it’s very frustrating for me as a customer. You guys have forced me accept me your inability to function in the right way.
