HTC Navigation keys not working, Sim 2 gsm slot not working

I had given my mobile for repairs. They had assured me that the mobile will be repaired and returned back to me within 5 days. I had given my mobile for repairs on 8/04/2013 today is 19/04/2013. I was asked by the centre to ask the call centre for getting the latest updated. today when i asked for the status i was been told to again contact the thane centre and shall be getting in a day or two. I do not know when do they intend to return my cell. They are not giving the exact status to the customers nor the details of the company representatives nor its seniors where i can launch my genuine grevience. At the centre they are behaving rudely with the customers .

Appropriate compensation for the loss of business because of the faulty product. Also appropriate compensation for Mental agony and harassment from the company for not providing correct information and details of the seniors.
