HTC – Non providing og mobile set by retail outlet even after company’s DOA

I purchased a HTC Desire U mobile phone from Orange Tele System on 28th July 2013( bill no. 922 dated 28th July 2013). The mobile became power off on 4th August 2013. When I made a complaint to Orange Tele System.They refused to accept the complaint and asked me to go to HTC Service center. They do no even provided to address of service senter. I found it through net. I went to HTC Service center on 6th August 2013. They deposited my phone and asked to wait for 7 or 10 days. Today when I called them, they told to handover my phone to retailer and get the new one. They have given Documents. But when I approached to Orange Tele System to replace my phone, they refused to do so.

The retailer should give my money back and compensate for the trouble caused due to purcahse of this phone from his shop. I will buy phone from other retailer.
