HTC – not working not able to play the video poor service

i purchased a new htc one v from croma store on 20th april,2013.its under warranty upto 20th april,2014.just after purchasing the handset it was not able to play the video recorded by its own.anyhow after several problems i got the doa and finally replacement,but it was of no use. the front sensor and bluetooth of new handset were not working.it was then sent to htc care but nothing was sorted out,even my handset was returned along with some deep scratches onto its body.i complained for it.they told me that the body scratches can not be modified because i should have to submit it the same day it was provided to me.that was my examination period,so it took me some time.for other problems they told me to resubmit it.this time sensor was working but bluetooth,scratches and a new problem of application hanging still remained with it. again it was sent to care and returned in the same condition.every service take almost 10-12 days.along with it i have to buy a new screen guard since it is detached in its every service. i in last one year,for more than a month it remained in the service center.in between i replaced its earphone which was not working also with a condition that both handset and earphones could not be repaired at a time. the time lastly i complained for it all,literally nothing happened.they were not even sorry for it.i totally felt helpless.there is no fear of law and order to anyone am a student.my father is a retired army person.i can not afford it all anonymous i have to pay for any further repair am really not in condition to pay for it.i do not have any other option other than it. please help me out.please
