I bought a new handset HTC DESIRE one x but turned into a horror story because soon after the phone started malfunctioning intermittently and finally became dead. The set was deposited with the full box at Redington service centre and I was given a job sheet on June 19, 2012. It has been three months and I have not yet got my set. Everytime the service centre says that it is in courier and customer care Manager Martin refuses to take my call or answer my e-mails.
