HTC One X Mobile Handset Problems Not Resolved

Product: HTC One X Endeavor In voice # : 508/5991385 Store: 12051 Invoice date: 17/04/12 detail of extended warranty is as below:- Product: Extended warranty – EW3380519829 In voice # : 445/6069197 Store: 3380 Invoice date: 26/04/12 Context: The HTC One X mobile Started having low speaker volume problem for which it was repaired by HTC under the manufacturer’s warranty. But after this repair it started having display Problem. I received back the mobile from HTC on 29 April 2013.

As HTC said that Warranty was over and I had exrended warranty from The Mobile store, I submitted it to the mobile store for repair under extended warranty. I have been pursuing this matter with The mobile store since July 2013. The mobile has been performing only simple tasks like making/taking calls but does not perform its intended purpose of Android phones. It has gone through three repairs by The Mobile Store but the problem is as it is. Indeed only new problems are introduced now the volume control button does not work. Also the repairs have caused unnecessary wear and tear due to improper handling during repairs.

1.The mobile has been not performing its intended purposes for this period 2.The useless repairs and the non cooperative customer care have caused mental agony. 3.Each repair though producing no result takes approximately 1 month. 4.No one takes the responsibility for the repairs or its effectiveness. 5.Physical damage to mobile set due to negligence has been done which has reduced its aesthetic and functional value.
