I placed an order for perfect shapers with order no 13828 on 8 sept 2013. i received the product after a one-half month which is not of required size as i have mentioned that i require xxxl size but they had send the wrong size . i made a call to them regarding this they said to return it to the address i had made a courier and they confirmed that they received the product . as per what they have told that i will receive the product in a week but its four months completed till i haven;t received the product nor the money which i had paid . also i send the courier on my personal expenses . sir i kindly request you to do the needful for me.

sir i want the product in a week with the courier expenses incurred and i made a lot of phone calls to contact them.
