I’m having HTC explorer phone.purchased it in august 2012(reliance mart in Magiwada,thane,mumbai).From starting onwards i facing some issues with the mobile like slow performance and it was automatically restarting (this issue was occured twice per week) but i was ignored this issue……..but just 3 weeks back(Feb 2014 last week) it started restarting frequently and i was unable to use the phone…so i visited the HTC customer service center in “@Branch:F-11,Eternity mall,Teen hath naka,thane west,400 6001,thane,tel:022-40242604,Mobile No-9167203572″….they told its a software problem and they did some needful and collected 394 INR as inspection charges…..but after that my mobile was working fine fore 5 more days….but again on 6 th march same problem occurs and even i unable to turn it on..so i visited to the service center again on march 8th……but this time they told me it may be hardware problem and going to send mobile to head office and collected 562 as inspection charge………….at the same time i raised ticket with HTC customer support…they also tracking this issue…but finally the saying the estimated cost of the repair is 7148 INR..but the mobile itself costs 8000 INR……Its annoying Note :My mobile is out of warranty…it never fell down from my hand…i never touched it with wet hand but for repair 7148 INR is too much
they should repair my mobile @ minimum cost or replacement or they should give me the amount i spend to buy that mobile …nothing is my fault……its fault with their product Note:i purchased it on 1.5 year back,,,waranty is for 1 year……they can say warranty for 1 year only…it indirectly means lifetime of that product is 1.5 year only
