I had purchased HTC the phone on the 15th November 2014 by Cash Payment. The phone had a software issue and crashed on the 27th November, on the 28 i submitted the phone at the service center and asked them to replace the phone for me which is only 15 days old after which till date i have been following up with them for the phone. they have only being giving me excuse that they are trying to arrange for the spare part. i would request you to take the some serious step in this matter and get me a replacement.

i want my HTC phone to be replaced which is just 15days old and the mother board crashed
