Lenovo Smart phone – Technical Error not Resolved

Dear Sir This has reference to captioned matter; I write to inform you that I had purchased Lenovo smart-phone P- 780 in the month of July, 2014. I do have all requisite documents like sales invoice and same is within the warranty period. I have used my smart-phone till 14th November,2014 and then on 15th November, 2014 I have deposited the mobile at service center for technical error. 15th November,2014 onward, I have been continuously following with Service centre (Dadar-West, SERIAL No–: SRIN2631411150012, IMEI N0- 863802025698999) but they have been giving same and repeated answers that we have given order for damaged parts and it would come soon. Till date, parts have not come yet. For such prolong ordeal, I have contacted through mails to company assigned person for customers service and have communicated the same to company’s higher-ups for refund of money as in case if company replaces damaged mobile with new one and after few months, same error arises I may loose my money and product as well. But, I have received same answers that we have taken up matter with our internal team. No any concurrent solution has been provided yet. This clearly indicates Lenovo smart-phone Company does not have any value for customer’s hard money and wants to loosen customer’s faith and thereby brand image. I would like to clarify here every customer dose not have salary in lacs to buy 2 smart-phones which company may be thinking and customer may use other smart-phone. I have not expected clumsy and loosen reply from a well established brand and have forced me to take drastic step to approach Consumer forum to redress my small complaint. I request you to look into matter and instruct Lenovo Company to refund my hard –earned money.

I require complete refund of money as i have no faith in lenovo’s customer service and its product.
