My HTC desire 626g+ battery is rapidly running out and often it increases and decreases on its own. I had visited the service center a few times and complained about this issue but they don’t solve it by giving excuse that the battery is ok. It seems that they are using my phone and know better about its problems!. I don’t know why they are ignoring the customer complaints. Please help me..

Three Problems are Not Resolved of My HTC Handset. 1) If I am Using Sim 2 at that time Network of Sim 1 has been Lost. 2) When i am Using In Comming and Out Going Calls on Speaker Phone after That when i am Using same on Normal Mode My Voice not Reachable to opposite side person. 3) When i am Using Camera with Flash the Background of Image is getting Blue.
