I purchased my Phone(HTC one V) on 5th of January 2013. RMA Number: PAT001-0001655 Serial Number: SH265TV00367 IMEI Number: 351816059439376 Brand: HTC Model: HTC One V Unit Owner: MR RAHUL My phone was not giving good battery backup so I went to service center of HTC located in Patna. They said that they will return the device in 15 days and I will get an email of the estimated charge. I was only having battery issue and they gave bill of rs 8701. I denied as i wont have to pay that much for a battery issue. When I went to take the device back it was in really bad condition. It was not getting switched on, the screen was hanging ouside the body and was having lots of scratch.I was having screen guard and now its gone and its full of scratches. So I want them to refund the device price as it was broken by their service executives.
