Respected Sirs This is kindly inform you that I have purchased a tablet PC (ubislate7Ci) from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (Makers of AAKASH Tablet) Order ID:PMF311B939A4. I had booked online that tablet device in April-2012(Booking ID:PMF9D46) and Pre-paid Rs.4498/- by Demand Draft (D.D. No. 531159) of SBI Bank. I have received that tablet device on 31/12/2012(Invoice No. 813) by DTDC couriers after much more follow ups with Datawind team. But Product/device was faulty & having quality problems in it. So after Telephonic discussion(0183-2708500) and making E-mail with Datawind service centre , I have sent back faulty device at Amritsar Technical centre office as per given address by Datawind. I had sent device on 5/2/2013 by DTDC couriers service (AWB No:A25299113) and received / accepted by Datawind on 8/2/2013 1:00PM Datawind team committed to repair and Re dispatch the device within 15 days. But Not happened like that, After many communications and follow ups after six weeks they replied that product is not repairable and they offered me (in April-2013) to purchase latest version (model Ubislate7C+) by additional paying 1000Rs. On Cash on delivery basis. They committed to dispatch Latest version within 7 working days, If I accept that offer. Then I had accepted that offer (for pain relieve) by making E-mail to Datawind. But now till date (after more than 4 months) I have not received that latest device / product. I make calls two times in a week for follow up. I have done many E-mails but they have not given a single reply of my any E-mail till date. I am also asking for Refund but either they do not dispatch product or refund me. I am getting harassed by Datawind. It is a fraud, fake and online cheater company. They always give fake promise and dispatch faulty device to customers. They take uncertain time to deliver product or refund money. In 99% cashes they do not pick up phones. When (fortunately) pick up phones but disconnect & hangs the phones in running talk. They do not give satisfied answer and proper response to customers. Right now I do not want to purchase Datawind product due to faulty products and very delay in delivery. I want only & only full refund of my money.
