Hathway Broadband, fraud service

We have given one reference for new connection and as per scheme of company we were to get 15 extra days for our existing connection. The company has not given us credit for our reference even though we had requested them several times and two days before we have also handed over a copy of our reference memo in which our credit for 15 days were mentioned. Further company has denied to give credit for days in which the connection was closed or not working.

We had to take help of other operators for running the internet such as Docomo, Vodafone etc.

We want extension as promised and nothing else. Further credit for those days during which our connection was not working as per our complaints registered with the Company.
