I ordered items worth Rs 1277.00 on 6th July 2013 and the payment was made in advance through debit card online [summary of the order (Tracking Number: SLS00089906) at Slassy.com. However, the order was not dispatched till 9th july and was informed that the items were not in store(though it was shown that the items were in stock and no information on “out of stock” was shown on website). So, I cancelled the order on that day itself. I was promised through e-mail that the amount will be transferred in my account in 5-7 days, however, I am still waiting for the refund. Already informed them through e-mail about not getting the refund, however, no response from their side.
